Returns & Refunds

We truly hope that you are delighted with the products that you have purchased from Whistlestop Gifts & Interiors. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please notify us by email with your intention to return the goods. This must be done within seven days after receiving them. Items can then be returned within 28 days from the date of purchase, and will be eligible for a full refund or exchange, minus the shipping costs.

The refund will be made through the original method of online payment. All items must be in the same condition in which they arrived –  tags attached, unworn and in the original packaging.

If items are not in the original condition, we have the right to deny any refund. Any return postage or shipping costs must be borne by you, the customer. Whistlestop Gifts & Interiors does not accept any responsibility for lost or damaged return packages or parcels. We would suggest using a tracked/insured method of return.

If your purchase has been damaged or broken while en route, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will require a picture of the damaged goods. After that, we can offer a replacement or a full refund which will include shipping costs.
