Prices
All prices listed on this website are inclusive of VAT and are correct at the date of posting. Our intention is that our prices reflect the best value and we’ll do everything possible to keep them up to date. However, in the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g. changes in VAT, inflationary cost increases or currency fluctuations), they may have to be altered up or down. We will inform you of any change to price before you complete your order.

Payments
Whistlestop provides a service whereby our customers can order and purchase products either online or by telephone.
For online payments, we currently use PayPal to allow you to securely purchase our products using any major credit card or debit card. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe, all payments will be made over a secure encrypted connection. We also process credit and debit card payments securely in our shop and over the telephone.

Products
All products are subject to availability. While every care is taken to ensure that all photos, details and prices of products are correct, slight variations may occur within accepted trade tolerances and in exceptional circumstances, if any article is not available, we may send you a carefully selected substitute of equal or greater value. If for this or any other reason, the goods are not acceptable, they may be returned.

Returns
If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, simply return or post the item in it’s original and unused condition, along with wrapping and receipt to Whistlestop and we will exchange it or offer you a full refund.
All you pay for is the return postage of the goods and the original postage.  Any returns must be agreed with us prior to your shipping it back and must reach us within 14 days of delivery.

Your Obligations:

  • Any information provided by you will be true, accurate, current and complete
  • You are the authorised holder of any credit/debit card you may use to purchase our products.
  • You will notify us of any changes to any information you have submitted to the website.
  • We may collect, store and use information about you in accordance with our privacy policy.
  • You will only use the material on the website for your personal use only, and not for any commercial purpose whatsoever.
  • You will not redistribute or modify any of the content of our website.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Whistlestop with respect to the use of this website.
